How are the Magic Play Boxes delivered?
We use Mainfreight to send the boxes nationwide. Once your invoice is paid, we will book pick-up and delivery and email you a tracking number.
How much is delivery?
Delivery rates vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please email play@magicplaybox.co.nz with the specific delivery address to confirm your rate.
How do I order a Magic Play Box?
Complete the Order Form and press submit. Once we have received the completed form, we will email an invoice. Payment is required before delivery. If you would like to discuss any particular needs before ordering please contact us.

Does the Magic Play Box come with wheels or a lid?
No. The boxes are more than just a place to store the loose parts, they are also a part of the play. For that and for health and safety reasons the boxes do not come with wheels or a lid. During our school trials we used a flexi bin to cover the box and some schools have added thier own castors or a plywood lids to their box.
Can the boxes be moved?
The minis were designed for indoor use and can be moved from place to place with some ease. The size and weight of the larger boxes – especially when full or waterlogged – makes it very difficult to move. Careful consideration about where to store your Magic Play Box is key and if it does need to be moved, we recommend the use of a trolley. Please contact us for more recommendations.
